Buttons came into our centre after his previous owner sadly passed away.

When Buttons first arrived at the centre, he found his new surroundings very overwhelming and scary; so he would spend his days hiding in the safety of his igloo bed. With a bit of time and hands off socialising, Buttons soon realised we’re friendly, and now all he wants is lots of strokes and attention from his human companions!
Buttons does have his nervous moments, so would benefit from having patient owners, who will give him the time and space he needs, to continue to blossom into the affectionate cat we know he is!

After a vet check at the centre, it was found that Buttons has the very early stages of heart disease but does not require any treatment at the moment but will need to be monitored throughout his life to make sure he doesn’t need any medical intervention.
