Get to know me…

Our beautiful girl Mia came into our care after she was transferred to us from another centre.

Sadly, poor Mia has suffered trauma at the hands of her previous owner, so will need calm, understanding owners who are mindful of her past. Mias past does not seem to have affected her wonderful spirit, and she loves being in the company of people, playing with her toys and having lots of strokes and scratches from her favourite people.

She loves going out for a nice long walk and sniffing all the lovely smells the world has to offer. Mia can find other dogs a little overwhelming at times, and being a bigger girl, she can be strong on the lead. She will benefit from further positive socialising and training around other dogs once she is settled into her new home.

Mia is currently having medicated baths for skin irritation, which will need to continue in her new home until her skin has improved.

Mia is such a character and really will reward her new owners with so much love and affection. Do you have the space in your home for our lovely girl?
