Get to know me…

Athos and his two girlfriends Peanut and Cookie have recently been bonded here on site. Athos originally came in with his brothers and Peanut and Cookie with their sisters but had to be separated due to fighting. It makes us incredible happy to see that they are now starting to become braver, while living in a healthier social structure.

As all three guinea pigs were the ones that were picked on in their previous groups, they are extremely shy and careful and will need a very patient owner that respects their boundaries. They will need a lot of socialisation through hand feeding which they are not comfortable with yet. We do see improvement with us and can be around them while they nibble on their favourite veggies, without them hiding away.
