RSPCA Open Day & Fun Dog show – less than a month to go!
Help us celebrate the RSPCA’s 200th anniversary year at our Open Day and Dog Show at the Martlesham Animal Centre on Sunday 1 September, 11:30am – 3:30pm.
As always, our friendly fun dog show is the centrepiece of the event, and we will be having an RSPCA tombola and raffle, bottle tombola, refreshments, items from our charity shops, and a bric-a-brac stall. Craft stalls include animal themed novelties, soaps, chutneys and jams, and animal portraits. We’ll also have pet accessories, snuffle mats, and natural dog treats. Animals Asia will be there, as well as a stall supporting hedgehog rescue.
Dog Show registration from 12 noon. Judging from 1pm
1pm: Crossbreed with Character
1:15pm: Happiest Hound
1:30pm: Young at Heart (dogs 8 years +)
1:45pm: Second Chance (any rescue dog)
2pm: Fabulous Female
2:15pm: Marvellous Male
2:30pm: Kids & K9s
(young handlers up to 16 years old)
2:45pm: Dog of the Day
All times are approximate and subject to change
₤2.50 per class or 3 classes for ₤6 (per dog)
Maximum 3 classes per dog
Parking at Community Centre. Disabled parking only at Animal Centre
Entrance fee £1 for adults & 50p for children under 12
(No unaccompanied children under 14)
All proceeds will go to the RSPCA Suffolk Central Branch to help animals in need in the local area.
