Get to know me…

This handsome chap is Milo, he came into our care after he was removed from a home via one of our inspectors.
Milo is a very large boy, who can be worried in new situations and surroundings, so will need a home with owners who are happy to continue his positive socialising in the home. He will need owners who are willing to come to the centre regularly before taking him home to build a bond, and owners who are used to large breed dogs who will be able to safely control him.
Milo has been undergoing lots of positive reward based training here at the centre, and is showing real progress in so many different areas. He is such a sweet dog once he gets to know you, and will often nudge your hand for more strokes if you stop.
He loves having a good zoom in our enclosed garden and enjoys learning new things. Milo finds walks very worrying at the moment, so will need to gradually build up his confidence in the big wide world. For this reason, Milo would benefit from a rural home with a large garden so that he can be exposed to new sights and sounds gradually.
