Welfare voucher scheme
The welfare assistance voucher scheme is open to those who live in our catchment area and receive eligible benefits. We are unfortunately unable to help with routine or exploratory treatment costs or towards bills for treatment that has already been received.
To enquire about financial welfare assistance for your animal, email us using the link below. Or if you need urgent assistance to get your pet to a vet, or are not able to email us, please call us on 0300 330 1406.

Supporting surgery
“I just want to say a huge thank you for the voucher as this has helped me greatly. There was a point where I thought I would have to put Bertie (cat) down so I can't explain the relief I feel knowing he can have his surgery.”
Help in an emergency
“Thank you so much for your support in helping us get Niko back home! He is doing well and on the road to recovery. The lady who called me was fantastic and really helpful. Thank you again, we are so very grateful!”
All thanks to you
All our subsided veterinary services are funded thanks to donations, fundraising and sales from our charity shops, and with the support of our partner vets.
