Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
- The competition is open to residents of Ipswich, United Kingdom, aged 18 or over. We will accept entries from residents of Felixstowe and other surrounding areas. However, it is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure they can collect the hamper from our Ipswich office.
- Employees, affiliates, or immediate family members of enable.services are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
- To enter the competition, participants must make a minimum donation via the Crowdfunder campaign page:
- £3 for 1 entry
- £5 for 2 entries
- £10 for 5 entries
- Each donation must be made between the launch date of the competition and the deadline of 11:59 PM on 7th November 2024.
- Multiple entries are allowed, subject to the donation levels outlined above.
3. Competition Period
- The competition begins upon the launch of the Crowdfunder campaign and ends at 11:59 PM on 7th November 2024.
4. Prize
- One winner will receive a hamper containing a selection of goods from small businesses in the Ipswich area.
- The contents of the hamper are subject to availability and may vary but will represent a range of local products and businesses.
5. Winner Selection and Announcement
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The draw will take place on 8th November 2024, and the winner will be announced on the Crowdfunder page and notified directly via the contact information provided at the time of entry.
- If the chosen winner is not local to Ipswich, Felixstowe or local areas, and is unable to claim the prize, we will choose an alternative winner.
6. Claiming the Prize
- The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of the announcement. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner may be selected.
- The prize must be collected in person from our office in Martlesham, Ipswich or as otherwise agreed upon with the organisers. Alternatively, enable.services can deliver the hamper if the winner is unable to collect.
7. General Conditions
- The organisers reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and disqualify any entrant found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- The organisers reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition or these terms at any time without prior notice.
8. Data Protection
- Personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The organisers accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting the prize.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
