Poppet arrived at the centre after showing some behavioural issues in his previous home.

Poppet was known to be an affectionate cat, but sadly, his behaviour towards his owner suddenly changed and he became more temperamental.

When Poppet first arrived at the centre, he was very reserved and unsure of his surroundings. However, with time, patience and being neutered, we have started to see more of his confident personality shine through.

Poppet can sometimes come across as intense and has been known to nip. We hope this may be due, at least in part, to the frustration of living in a small space and that he will feel more settled and relaxed once he is in a home environment, which in time we hope his affectionate personality shows more again!

Poppet is looking for experienced owners who have a good understanding of cats and are willing to be patient with him, giving him all the time and space he needs to feel comfortable and build trust again.
